In all cases, we prefer to have businesses’ existing management team remain and become an integral part of the ARCH family.

Part of the organic growth model is to make sure that we're providing our business units with the resources they need to be able to invest in the latest technology. The businesses that we seek to become part of ARCH are ones that are run by good management teams and joining Arch provides them the opportunity to have the additional resources to be able to invest in the appropriate tools and technology. Businesses that join ARCH have been range bound by their customers because they're a little bit concerned about their scale. Becoming part of ARCH provides a great deal of risk mitigation to their supply chains. Virtually in every case, all businesses that join ARCH Medical Solutions, they have demonstrated dramatic growth.
